We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation terms vary depending on the season and your scheduled arrival date.


Green & Shoulder Season | 1 May – 31 October
Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the reservation
amount.


High Season | 1 November – 14 December and 16 January – 30 April
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the reservation
amount.


Peak Season | 15 December – 15 January
Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the reservation
amount.


No-Shows & Early Departures


No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
